Ok I am posting this because i'm sure a lot of the people will be interested in this diet. This is not for someone that is weak. You have to limit a lot of foods to do this.
One step #1 no drinks except water and if you can tolerate it green tea
#2 no grains at all and fruits also.
#3 foods you can eat for carbs are only low carb vegetables, I suggest steamed broccoli, celery and cauliflowr.
#4 consume coconuil oil and/or olive oil (these shouldn't be consumed until a few days after you stop eating grains and sugars.
#5 you can have meats that are not processed. No pork though and no eggs. You can not have any salt or any fish or seafoods. No seaweed, kelp etc. Make sure when cooking meats not to exceed 200f or at least 250 f. You can boil, bake or microwave. Sorry you can not add any bbq or anything to it.
Try this for 40 days I think, i'm not completely cured but i'm in the process and i'm getting better very fast without getting so sick. You might want to do this for 60 days. After that I suggest you follow this diet mostly but you can eat low carb veggies added and brown rice for grains.
Try to stay away from sugars and processed foods.
This works for both bacterial ulcer and acid reflux
