Q: Brain Aneurysm
asked by: timmadlem on December 1st, 2005

I had a ruptured brain aneurysm about a year ago, and i'm still suffering symptoms such as constant head pain, epilepsy, lack of concentration, times where I forget everything, including who and where I am, even in previously well known areas, not knowing my loved ones, repeating things I just said, along with a depressed state.
Is there anyone out there who has been through this?
Please let me know, as I feel i'm the only one.

Thank you,

tim madlem

Hi

I know this is an old post. I hope you are doing OK. My mom has a brain aneurysm also.

Brain Aneurysm
I too had a ruptured brain aneurysm. I was 34 and it was also in 2005. I also have constant headaches and suffered another stroke 3 months after the aneurysm from vasospasms. It is a long road but you are not alone. There are a lot of us out there.
