i just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced low pulse rates throughout the day. I've recently had some panic attacks and anxiety in the past weeks, but lately I have had really low (but not week) pulse rates in the morning and during the day at work. I calculated it at 55 to 60. This morning though, it must have been in the 40s. I felt like it was just going to stop. I used to think the lower the better since highly conditioned athlets have low pulses, but now i'm concerned. I do workout and eat right, but I wouldn't call myself highly conditioned. If anyone has experienced this or knows that this is normal with anxiety, please reply.
