Q: Request Some Advice Regarding Bp

Hi,

i am new to this forum and this is my first posting. Well the problem is that I went to the doctor a couple of days back because I was having mild headache on my right forehead and he took my bp. It was 150/92 and I am 49 years old. All along till 3 months back I was having bp of only 135/80-85 or thereabouts. It is this occasional headache that took me to the doctor. Just today I checked and bp was 140/90. Doc says control diet. No need for medicines he says. I am quite active and most sundays I am in the ground playing cricket or some sports.

Now can anybody suggest me what exercises to take, food to eat or vitamins or medicines that could help. I dont want my condition to aggravate.

Regards,
ajith

Extremely eHealthy
Just try to get 30 minutes of exercise/day. Any type of cardiovascular activity would be fine. Do some research on low cholesterol diets as well and that will also help.

BP-Rx reduced my high BP and LDL-C
A healthy diet and exercise are important in reducing high BP and cholesterol but sometimes these are not enough. Although I am quite active and eat a healthy diet, both my BP and cholesterol were high (perhaps genetic). I did not want to use drugs to address these health issues so I contacted an ND who recommended a nutrition based product called BP-Rx that has effectively targeted both conditions. My BP is presently 110/68 (sometimes a little higher) and I have lowered my LDL-C by 22% in about 6 weeks. Good luck.
