I know very little about both of these products, but have heard that they are both very useful for regulating irregular or even non-existant periods. Is this true, and is there one that works better or is more recommended than the other?

Am unsure as to which one to go with, so would love to hear from ppl that have used and tried either of them before.

Any information/recommendations on this would be much appreciated.

There are a number of products out there for regulating cycles. Most are multi-herbal products. Ovulex, fertilaid. Vitex is just one herb.

Vitex is known for regulating cycles and those two multi's both contain it. They also contain antioxidents and other herbs.

Just becareful. If your cycle is regular, you may not want to be playing with herbs.
