Q: Skin Discoloration. Spreading! Help Mee

Over the summer I realized a discoloration on my stomach, thigh, and (just 5 minutes ago) my lower back.

It's a light colored line from the top of my belly button all the way up to under my breasts.
And there is little dots all around it.

Sometime it's itchy but most of the time it's not.
Derm gave me lotion and it didn't work.
