Does This Happen to U Too?

It has happened before, just like it happened this morning at 5 o clock. Woke up, and couldn't go back to sleep because I felt the urge to pee.

I went, but a lil bit of pee came out. And still, that feeling stayed and I couldn't stay comfortable and couldnt sleep. I even took a shower...Maybe its that...Maybe I should masturbate...But no.. I still felt irritated. I then went to the bathroom again..Peed like a lil bit and wiped myself and I found a lil bit of blood with some tissue. I got scared. Is this bad? Does this happen to others too? Should I check myself? Yes, I am sexually active. And I am on birth control. Are these some bad effects? :?
