For the first time today after experiencing te for 6 months I cried. Im a healthy 30 yr old woman, and my hair is shedding;webbing up in my fingers in the shower. I need support. Ive been to the doctor and had the blood tests;nothing was found. Ive been taking bcp since this started to see if the condition would improve, but theres been no change. Even if I could narrow in on what triggered it,would it really matter now? And why is it still happening? It began in june. Has anyone used a reputable doctor that they can refer me to? My students are noticing, im becoming depressed, my relationships are straining. What supplements help? Please anyone, im begging for help.

Look into msm which is a sulphate compund which hair is made up of

also look at supplimenting protein

biotin

zinc

iron

i think thats it...

Also might want to check body ph
and hormone levels

i'm going through the exact same thing as you right now, and it is very depressing, just know that there are others experiencing the same thing as you.
