Hi its hard to swollow, I feel like mostly its on the left side, my toungue feels swollen and irritated on left side too. Last night I was drinking and smoking alot. I may have possibly strained my throat from singing kereoke??? Or combo of drinking-smoking being dehydrated??? My gland in neck is a little swollen too, only on left side? Does anyone know what this is exactly?? Am I getting sick? Should I go to the doctor or is there something I can do to remedy this myself??? Help me!
