Is there any chance semen could seep down through the bottom of the condom? If the male was underneath? Could a women get pregnant if it does leek at the bottom onto the pubes? Thank you

It could happen, but there's a very low possibility of becoming pregnant afterwards. If it's been within 3-5 days since it happened, you could always get the morining after pill to be safe.
