Q: Red Bumps

My friend just got red bumps on his skin all of a sudden. There on the lighter, as in skin color, they range in size from about1 milimeter diameter to about 6 or 7, and some connect. There also under his arms I guess on his lats.Ummm hese alitle freaked out.
