That is the biggest load of crap, not eating for any length of time sends your body into starvation mode. Which, Einstine, sets your metabolism into extemely slow spead, you only dehydrate your body making you, (you poor informed idiot) think you lost weight when you really just lost water weight, not fat weight. You really need to educate youself.
Exercise, walking, biking is the only way your going to lose weight (fat) and control the food you woof down.
I'm sure you had a major sugar craving after your 4 day starvation diet. Eat some real food and feed you brain, maybe then you could think clearly. (Ever hear of the old saying, food for thought)????????
