gaining weight
i need some of your problem
im putting it on (Fast)
i most allways skip breakfast
have lunch when my stomach says feed me
lunch could be a bag of chips a sausage roll a drink some cakes and bikis between 11am and 1pm
might get a bite before 7pm a sandwich or what ever i can grab when im walking out the door
3am have dinner spuds mix veges and a meat with gravy
bad sleep patterns are known to assist with weight gain (because you eat conveient foods)

i assume u have good sleep patterns eat at lots of times during the day and food is mostly healthy

thats the best explaination i have for putting on weight
i dont recommend coppying my diet as it is unhealthy i need to change it but i cant seem to (im not a very good cook)
