After being treated for chlamidya, how long do I have to wait before masturbating/having sex? After a few days of antibiotics all symptoms seem to be gone.

There is no reason why you cannot masterbate. But having intercourse with someone, you should wait until the antibiotic is completely finished. If you must have sex before that make sure you use a condom.
