Ok...This question is more out of random curiosity than anything. Ok, I know you can spread mono for a long time after you get it .... But I also know that once you have mono you can never get it again (generally). My question is. My girlfriend and I both have been diagnosed with mono within 2 days of each other....Once we are both over our symptoms in a few weeks does the long time period of waiting for close contact still need to be implimented or is it not as bad since we both have it in our bodies already and are both building up those antiboides...We cant give it to each other...We both already have it...And if anything we will reject it becase we are both building the anitbodies at the same time....The only thing I could think is it could possibly relapse? I dont know....Just a hypothetical curiosity question I couldnt find an answer to anywhere....Thanks!!
