I have serious pain for 3 yrs in the left ankle, when rotation anticlockwise also cracking happens and movement up and down from 1oclock to 7oclock movement cracking and joint or lump moves to the right of the ankle bone. The pain is worse after standing or walking for 1 hour, I have had a catscan (waiting an mri) and there is a 3cm lucency in the heel which causes some burning. But the pain around the ankle which extends down the outerside to almost the little toe feels like a severe warm pain.

Now for 6 months I have been having serious pain in the centre of my right knee, seems to be the same but slighty more painful type that I get in my ankle. The knee pain is so severe when I kneel down and go to rest your buttocks around the heels, it feels like somethings going to snap. When I stand back up it becomes 10 times worse, when I lift the leg and rest it on a higher position like a chair or bath it hurts, and when I try to kick off my shoe with the other foot applying the pressure it really hurts. It does seem to ache after walking or a lot of use, but does not seem to cause to much pain actually walking.

I thought maybe I have something like bursitis as I have two joint areas causing trouble ??
