Abdominal ultrasound
history: abdominal pain. Cholelithiasis
findings: there is increased echogenicity in the liver with blurring of the vascular margins compatible with some fatty metamorphosis. There is a single 1.5 cm gallstone noted. The common duct is 3 mm in diameter. The right kidney is 10.7. The left kidney is 12.6 cm in length. There is mild hydronephrosis on the right. The spleen is normal size.

Impression: mild right hydronephrosis. Single gallstone. Fatty metamorphosis of the liver

they ordered 2 ct scans for monday for abdomen and pelvic with "fluid"
is there something terribly wrong?

And here is my other ultrasound result:

history: hypermenses and pain. The study was compared to previous study of 3/25/05

findings: there are three fibroids seen on the previous study. On todays study a fundal fibroid is visible measuring 1.4 cm. There appears to be some overlying bowel gas on today's study. The uterus is retroverted measuring 9.1 x 7 x 5.9 cm. Endometrium is .5 cm thick. The right ovary is again not well seen. The left ovary is 2.7 x 2.4 x 2.2 cm no free fluid is seen

impression: fundal fibroid previously three fibroids were visible on the study of 3/25/05. Differences may be technical. There is retroverted uterus. Right ovay is not well seen.
