Q: Longevity Issue?

:? Hi guys, I am a female first off. I have great sex with my partner but he always seem to cum before I am ready. He always gives me good head and makes sure that I orgasm but when it comes to penetration he is just about ready to cum as soon as he enters. It is the same way when I give him head (oral sex). He counts and tries to last as long as he can maybe about 30, minutes but I would be happy with an hour. I do not want to sound unappreciative.. But I have a high sex drive. Does anyone have any advice? Please!!! :cry:
