Didn't you just recently have sex with this woman? A test will most likely not come out with accuracy this soon, that is why people are told to go back in 3-6months and then again after that 6 months later. And to me it sounds more like you have a cold/flu or something and are making it worse by freaking out. Don't thin kabout suicide, you probably are fine.

This suicidal thought is one funny thing that comes to many having fear of hiv. But be of good cheer. There is nothing to be worried so fast.

I am sure, it is better to go for a standard antibody test, after the window period. I wouldnt say wrong to get tested early to ease our mind and increase our confidence level.
