Q: Pimples On the Buttock

i am an indian girl. I wonder anyone anyone can help me. I have a lot of black pimples on my buttock. The skin of my buttock has turn dark. Can anyone just me how I can remove them permanently. I would like to have a smooth skin ,... Please help !!!!!!
