Affordable Adoption...
Boy do I understand that one! The only recommendations I can make are, loan from a bank, borrow from family or friends (with the tax credit, you will be able to pay them back), ask your church for help in the form of a donation or help with fund raisers, also look under adoption loans, some states have specific loans just for adoption. Children with special needs are incredibly easy to adopt. And as for the other person who replied from florida, yes, there are lots of kids in foster homes or orphanages looking for families, but they are all older and usually have emotional problems. I had two failed domestic adoptions, I got the phone call just before we were about to get on the plane, that the mother had changed her mind. And the other was we had the baby for 2 weeks and the mother changed her mind once again. When you pay for everything for them, you lose all that money, it is considered a "gift" in the eyes of the law. That is why so many people are looking to overseas adoption, no chance of the mother changing her mind. I hope i've been helpful. We did all the above and raffled off so much stuff donated by other people or they charged a very nominal fee for the items so we would have a bigger profit. Also look on the net for fund raising ideas. I sold a lot of things on ebay also. It took a while, but in the end, you know your getting your baby and that the baby is yours. Good luck!

Affordable Adoption
Hey - there is a place in washington state (you would have to move there) where adoption is f*r*e*e*!! Yes, I read it before.....Unfortuanetly I am unable to move due to ailing parents I am caring for.
But it is called the "maddy day foundation" or something....It is at a church and they have anonymous donations from a lot of people that cover the cost for the children.
You dont have to live there forever, it is just that you must attend those classes just about everystate requires.
You might can do a search on "maddy day foundation" or "washington free adoption" in the meantime, i'll look for the email address. They are also open to sending out any info needed for people who want to start such a place in their states/hometown.
Personally, I dont agree with the classes for couples wanting to adopt - why not send every couple pregnant to these things -
