no.

These "no's" are all based on the fact that the sperm would most likely die (for one reason or another; ie: temperature, etc...) by the time it was able to reach the female, as it will only live for a very short time outside the human body.

I heard somewhere they can live in bath water or hot tubs. Dont know how long though. Dont know if it is actually scientific--or just one of those thing you hear. I think it had something to do with sister pregnant by brother from bath or hot tub. Could have just been someone trying to hide the sleeping with sister. I dont remember.

Sperm can live up to 5 days in the womans body

c'mon man! Why would you ejaculate in a hot tub with a girl that doesnt even know you? And if it was possible I dont think it would matter if she knew you or not...Gross. Anyway to answer your strange question, im pretty sure all that chlorine and hot water would kill the sperm anyway and I hope to god im never in a hot tub while some weirdo decides to wack one off.
