i have been taking micronor for several months now with a small break in between, when i first started taking it i bled like non-stop but now i'm on it again it seems to be better and i don't know why, i haven't noticed any side effects what so ever apart from the first week or two weeks of taking it i got small headached apart form that i was fine (:

My only issue was remembering to take it at the exact same time each day... my schedule is so hectic that no one time is always best.

I've tried Depo - hooooorrible for me, NuvaRing - not bad but expensive, & Yaz - good skin but moodiness & weight gain.

My Dr just gave me a script for Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo .. but I may just ask for the Micronor instead.

I'm sure you know that all BCs affect everyone differently so you'll just have to give it the 2-3 month trial time & see if your bod is ok with it. Good luck - hope some of this helps
