I just got back from a trip with my soon-to-be hubby & I was late putting the 2nd week birth control patch on(i put it on a few hours late). After I put the patch on my soon-to-be hubby had room service then I woke up 2 hours latter feeling sick to my stomach and shaky, a few hours latter I went back to sleep then woke up the next morning still sick. During the 6 hour drive home I was still sick & shaky so I started to be scared that I might be pregnant(i'm 19 & don't have a woman figure in my life so I don't know much about pregnancy & the like) so I told my soon-to-be hubby & we decided to take off the patch so it wouldn't hurt the baby if I was pregnant(i know it sounds really stupid but I was so scared & I still am) then latter we got home & had sex(i know another stupid thing) I put another patch on a few hours latter & now 2 weeks before my period i'm having brown spotting any advice?

Ps. Sorry if this makes no sense I just really need some friendly advice.

Doesn't sound like pregnancy to me. Sometimes if you fiddle with your birth control there will be brown spotting, but since you were only a couple hours late the horomones would still be in your system. I do believe you are not pregnant.

Update
It's now a heavy flow of brown-dark red blood, but i'm going to the docs to get it checked out.
