I lost around 40 lbs and like many, and like most who have lost weight, you get that little sag at the stomach assuming it's all just skin right? Well I was wondering if it would be a good idea to keep trying to lose weight, my friend and I lost a bunch of weight, and then he lost a whole bunch more and looked like a twig. I'd just assume that it would just be even more saggy? My point really is, what will happen if you continue to lose weight? I read something on how your skin will actually tighten up a bit because when it sags, theres still some fat in there also
