I know there are no symptoms of hiv and you can go a really long time without knowing. I'm 19, and i've had unprotected sex once. Other than that, it's only been oral, and I have only swallowed semen once. After I had the unprotected sex I became completely unsettled and began thinking about hiv and aids. That was around the beginning of may. During the summer I started experiencing diarrhea on & off, and still experience it. Also, I suffer from chronic fatigue, since then. I could get 12 hours or 8 and I would wake up completely exhausted. My glands are swollen, and I have broken out so bad on my face, back, and chest recently. One thing I would like to point out is that when I had unprotected sex, I also became vegetarian and stop eating meat which sometimes causes diarrhea. I have other flu-like symptoms. I am too afraid to get tested because what if I am positive? I wouldn't know how to react ro what to do. Does this sound like I could have hiv?

Yes. No. Who knows. Do yourself a favor and just go get tested; you've passed the "waiting period" already.

a Better Healthier Lifestyle
Dear friend.

You yourself have mentioned clearly, that hiv has no clear symptoms at the earlier stages (ars). Then how do you relate all your symptoms to hiv. Well, symptoms are common for many diseases and no one except a perfect medical examination can confirm or decline the cause.

So, let me advise you the same thing. Dont get panic. Whether you are tested or not, you cannot do anything if you are positive, except to be positive in your situation. But think the other way, if you are still negative, you have been wasting your days thinking about it and spoiling your healthy lifestyle...Right.

So dont worry. You have already crossed your 3 month mark and its a best time to get tested. Occurance of hiv in a single exposure if limited to 1 in 300 to 10,000. So your chances of being infected by this rish behaviour is rare, though possible.

So take courage and get tested. Inform us when you get your results, so that we could also smile along with you.

Good luck and be cheerful. Gods guidance be with you.

God bless
