Q: tiny lump on my stomach near my left breast

Hi, I have this tiny lump on my stomach near my left breast. It does not bug me at all. If I squeeze it, a white mass comes out, not very much of if just a little speck. If I just leave it alone nothing happens. Do you know what this is? Any input would be great.
