I'm a15 year old young male. Circumsized as well.. About 1 month ago, I woke up and saw a strange red dot on my penis head. It doesnt not protrude as a lump does, its kind of part of the skin. Sometimes the spot is red, sometimes whitish red. Sometimes whitish pinkish. And sometimes just white. When I touch it, it doesnt cause any pain, no puss comes out, and I can not peel off a layer from it. I have tried lotions but the spot is not getting bigger nor smaller. I went to the doc and he did an ultrasound on my testicles and penis , prostate and lungs and it was all clean. But for some reason im still scared that its something bad. There is some irritation on the penis head on that side [ the spot is on the middle left of the head]. Also, when I get an erection, it does not hurt, but when I try to move the erection with my muscles, I get some pain,,, im really scared im also 65 kgs and in good shape. I also had a culture done on my urine, which turned out that I had saphyolycus arelius or something like that. He gave me augmentin, which brought it down a little. When I get an erection, the spot gets a little enlarged. Im depressed and my penis doesnt really feel the same anymore. The spot isnt even a cm lengthwise and width, its 0.5 both ways


any help would be appreciated im also scared that this could be penile cancer but I hear that it is like sooooooooooooooooooo rare for ppl under 40, and also rare for ppl 40 . These internet sites are getting me so paranoid about myself, seeing if I have some of the symptoms. Im getting depressed and I dont know what to do anymore.
