Brief overview:
i injured my shoulder playing football in high school and it was called a subluxation of the shoulder. I pretty much tore everything in it the doc said and he went in arthroscopically (can't spell) and fixed it and it's instability I believe by anchoring it with an screw that screws into my bone and is connected with string and so on.
Now it has been about 4-5 years after the surgery and my shoulder has been bothering me lately. It usually did after but I was able to ignore it until now. When I raise my right arm it clicks and sends pain through my shoulder area. Also, sometimes I could just be doing everyday activities such as driving or mopping the floor or especially raising up to put something away on a shelf and it will send shooting pain in my shoulder. I have a appt to see the surgeon who performed the surgery as a follow-up to see what is going wrong, but i'm quite worried about this and was wondering if anyone knew what could be happening here.
