I have had headaches for years which usually fall und the category of sinus or tension with an occasional migraine. I've tried everything for m headaches from aleve to excedrin to plain ole tylenol or aspirin or advil. Nothing seems to work. Sometimes if its a sinus headache a combo decongestant and pain reliever alleviates the pain but not always. What about prescription drugs? What works for you? Just wondering if there anything i'm missing. Usually the only thing that ever stands a chance at helping is a warm/hot washcloth over my eyes for about 15-20 mins.
