Q: Bad Pmt!

Hi

i`ve been off celest for about 7 months now and my hormones don`t seem to be settling down at all, i`m really emotional most of the month and its driving me crazy. I know my doctors solution is to put me back on the pill but I would like to avoid that.

Does anyone know any good vitamins or anything which are good for pmt?
