What bothers you the fact that she has had sex with other men before you.

Yes it seems wrong I dont know I just cant picture her with someone else even tho it was the past

Sometimes I think about my boyfriend being in past relationships.And it does bother me but I know that there is nothing that I can do about it.
So I just try not to let it bother me.

me too, I know my bf had a gf for 2 years before me and I know they slept together and it does bother me some but I know I can't let it bug me...

It may be hard to get over, but you have to remember that the past is in the past. If she's 16 now and you've been together for 2 years that means that she was really young when she was with those other guys and maybe didn't really realize what she was doing. You know just having sex for sex because it was the thing to do, I know a lot of people who used to be like that. You just have to focus on the fact that she is with you now and you two have been together for awhile now, something she didn't share with those other guys.

My husband and I have been married for two years and made an agreement to not tell each other how many people we had been with. What a relief! Because I have lost count! I think it is around 20 though. Even so it is the past and I love my husband more than anything!

Yeah, I lost my virginity to my bf, but he didnt loose his to me. I was so upset when I lost it because I wasnt planning on having sex for one, and I promised myself I wouldnt have sex until atleast I was graduated (opps) I already knew he had sex with someone else. And the thought of him being in someone else bothers the hell out of me so I try to forget that. Apparently the person he was with last time he had a condom on and he didnt finish because he didnt feel right and pulled out, but with me he has finnished plenty times he keeps telling me he lost his "finnishing virginity" to me but that dosnt help. But it dosnt bug me so much now because I know that everyone makes mistakes and hes in love with me and no1 else and thats what matters

All that really matters is that you are together now....Nothing else should matter!!!

I do think that it's sweet that you are like this, as most people tend to not give a damn, and just 'go fot it' bascially.

I grew up with many girls that would shout out that they'd done it with some guy and some other girl would say she has as well.
My last bf had sex before and it did pain me sometimes. It's the idea of being with someone and sharing love and speical bonds with each other.

However, in your case the past won't change. Although in your case, it sounds like you two are a perfect couple.
Yes it's a pain sometimes when you think of it, but the past is set, the present is changeable and the future is hopeful.

I'm sorry; and I hope this doesn't sound like i'm judging you... But you guys are 16 and 17, and she has already had 4 partners??? That to me sounds a lot much... At that age; she couldn't have actualy been in a mutually loving relationship where trust and love developed. Just my opinion ,but you may wnat to learn more about your girlfriend to see what kind of girl she is. 4 partners before you even get to be 18 is a lot.

So what she had sex with some one else and it was not you what about you..So it okay for a man to have sex with different women and not women to..So many teens know days dont care about there bodys they have sex and end up being pregnat and haven babies..You cant just blame her it's men that do it too not just women.. Sorry had to put my words in.

This is for map... Umm if you read what he wrote- she had 4 partners before him... He had 1. That is why I put emphasis on her... Because how could she have loved 4 people at her age and trusted them all enough to have sex with them... He had 1 other partner- so i'm saying it is much more realistic and possible for him to have loved his other partner enough to have had sex with her. I'm saying 4 people before the age of what- 15, is a lot more than 1... And even that is a lot for that age- but it could still have meant more and love and trust could have been present more than it could have been for her... To me, you must love and trust another person, and know the person (meaning more than 1 or 2 months) before giving yourself to that person sexually... And its hard to believe that she could have had all those things with 4 people at such a young age... Thats all. And by the way, i'm a girl. So if you thought I was some guy bashing girls saying how its alright for guys to sleep with more people... That isn't what I was saying at all. Hello- she slept for 4 people and he did 1... Before like 14 and 15 years old!
