I did my nursey around 5-6 months along. Im having a little girl but didnt want her room to be pink so we did it lite blue and yellow...And its all done in winne the pooh with the border in the center on the wall. It looks really good. If I knew how to put pics on here I would..And show them to you guys! If anyone knows how and wants to see the pics just let me know how to do it.

Christy!

My boyfriend and I are int he process of setting up a temporary nursery because we are living with his parents and are planning to move out a month or so after the baby is born, hopefully sooner. It has been very frustrating not being able to set up my baby's actaul nursery! But anyway, I am having a girl, but for a boy I always like ocean themes, or frogs and other animals like that. I'm not a fan of planes and sports themes. You should go to a baby store and browse!

I'm just over 4 months and have already started getting things. Perhaps I am just a little bit excited, but I also have the time to browse around and grab some bargains. I'm saving a fortune by using ebay (and no, I am not trying to get free advertising for them) I have managed to get a car seat and two car seat base units for £40 when they would have cost about £135! Baby only uses things for a short amount of time as they grow so fast that I don't really mind buying second hand as long as they are near new condition and I haven't lost out yet!

On the theme idea of the nursery. I just thought of animals (i love cows and ducks) and did image searches on the internet so that I could find pictures that I could paint on the walls myself! That way, you get to save money still and can personallise the nursery yourself.

I did my daughters room with finding nemo/ocean theme, I like winnie the pooh but everyone has winnie the pooh and I like blue as well as nemo lol!!!

For a boy another thing to try is moons/stars, safari or even noahs ark etc, if your painting I like two colors with a wall border add extra class lol!! If your renting you may want to look at painting the whole room one color.

Once little one is born my daughter is moving into her own room im going to do hello kitty, there is not much stuff of hello kitty so alot is going to be either handmade or painted.

Its up to you be creative and if you hit a block check some sites out and if you see something you like copy it on your budget, I love sewing and stuff so it fun to actually create something.

I'm having a boy and finally set up the nursery at 36 weeks. We did the zanzibar theme (babies r us). For my baby shower my brother bought the entire set. We have absolutely everything down to the nightlight and the picture frame. We even have stuff that they don't sell at the stores that he found homemade on ebay. We have a chair border (panel/border through the lower-middle of the wall) and painted it dark green under the border and a goldish tan color above the white border. It looks gorgeous!!! I think animal/safari themes are perfect for baby boys!

I'm expecting a baby boy too! But since they're never 100% sure, I decided to go with the classic winnie the pooh theme! It's basically a beige/yellow/brown theme with cute little winnie and piglet and everything. It's so adorable! However, i've noticed that winnie the pooh stuff are more expensive than other themes.... :(
u can find their stuff at walmart or babies r us!
