Hi there! Twenty is a rough age as you are not a teenager anymore and you cannot do a some things that some adults do that is in some states but you can go to jail and be in the militaty.
I am no Dr. But my suggestion is to talk to a professional so the depression does not get worse, the sooner, the better, I would 1st start with your Dr. Or go to the health food store and talk to them. Do not be ashamed or embarrased, you are not alone, it might just be your hormones are out of wack which generally takes a blood test to find out.
Maybe someone else might have some other suggestions here.
The best to you!
Keep us posted on what you find out.

Definitely talk to your family doctor! My husband battled depression for the past two years. I am a nurse, and knew exactly what was wrong with him. He finally just went to the doctor a few weeks ago, and our family life is now better than ever. It was like a huge weight was just lifted off his shoulders. This happens to more people than you think! Good luck!
