I just got back from a diabetes seminar and found out that the american diabetes association states that to make a life style change, it takes only 30 minutes a day of exercise to get healthy. There are 10080 minutes in a week and 30 minutes a day,,,,let's say 5 days a week= only 150 minutes a week.
