Real easy.
Confidence comes within my friend. Its knowing you have everything you need. These women, you don't need them. When they sense that off of you, they will want you regardless of how much you weigh. I know friends much larger than myself who have more confidence because they can accept themselves for who they are. But:
if you want to loose weight regardl;ess it comes in two forms. Diet and exercise. Examine what u eat and change it. Eat 6 smal meals a day to get ur metabolism running all the time and the weight will come off. Stay away froma lot fo sugar and it will peel off. I love soda. I dropped drinking it for a week, lost 3 pounds. Losing weight is easy. Keepimng it off is tougher. Don't binge. Don't starve yourself, you'll gain back more than what you had.
Exercise: do cardio: running, walking stairs, swimming. Little at a time. Don't try to run a marathon your first time out. You'll crash. Do a lot of sit ups. It will tighten ur stomach, make you less hungry, and more fat will be used to feed urself, hence loose weight.
Above all though, if these women can't like you for you, then they ain't worth your time. I know what it feels like to want the hottest girls. But if you have no money, no financial security, nothing that will peek their interest, then they won't go for you anyway. The one saving grace for overweight men is: confidence. And you know who to get that, don't yah. :-) go get 'em.
