Q: Im Fat Help Me Lose Weight

Ok I have just gotton out of a relationship and recently I have been looking at girls but I donot want to talk to theam because I am over weight im scared of what they may say and plus im not confident in my self ill always be wondering what does she think of me being over weight list anything that I can do to slim down

Real easy.

Confidence comes within my friend. Its knowing you have everything you need. These women, you don't need them. When they sense that off of you, they will want you regardless of how much you weigh. I know friends much larger than myself who have more confidence because they can accept themselves for who they are. But:

if you want to loose weight regardl;ess it comes in two forms. Diet and exercise. Examine what u eat and change it. Eat 6 smal meals a day to get ur metabolism running all the time and the weight will come off. Stay away froma lot fo sugar and it will peel off. I love soda. I dropped drinking it for a week, lost 3 pounds. Losing weight is easy. Keepimng it off is tougher. Don't binge. Don't starve yourself, you'll gain back more than what you had.

Exercise: do cardio: running, walking stairs, swimming. Little at a time. Don't try to run a marathon your first time out. You'll crash. Do a lot of sit ups. It will tighten ur stomach, make you less hungry, and more fat will be used to feed urself, hence loose weight.

Above all though, if these women can't like you for you, then they ain't worth your time. I know what it feels like to want the hottest girls. But if you have no money, no financial security, nothing that will peek their interest, then they won't go for you anyway. The one saving grace for overweight men is: confidence. And you know who to get that, don't yah. :-) go get 'em.

Try to Loose Weight
You should try to loose weight not because of the girls but because it is beneficial for your long term health.

Aslaskin? I’ve never heard of this company. Where are they located? Is it us-based? You know, i’m interested only in convenient yet original products…forgery always come with poor quality. However, it wouldn’t hurt to know more about it.

Hello girls,
well thisismenow , I must say that the body lotion is very good because is 100% natural, contains clay powder, minerals, plant extracts, and a lot of vitamins. If you have problems with cellulite, I advice you to use that lotion.

How did the topic change from his weight loss problem to cellulite and lotions? Lol

i think the dude is just trying to lose weight. He is not worried about cellulite!

Exercise is good. But I have noticed that more exercise leads to more hunger and then you eat more leading to further weight gain.

If you really want to lose weight, then you gotta control how much you eat. Also, dont eat too much of the fatty stuff.

If you consistently eat less than what you are eating now and do some exercise as well, you can guarantee weight loss. I think a person should eat only enough for the body to function properly. Eating too much will store the excess as fat.

Exercise will cause you to eat more, but you will be building muscle not fat, so you will look leaner. Exercise will also increase your metabolism so you don't gain weight so fast. Warning, muscle weighs more than fat, so if you exercise you can gain weight but still be thinner.

If you are overweight, it's important to lose weight for your health. However, when it comes to relationships with others, I think that building up your confidence is more important than losing weight. Stand tall and be proud of yourself. Keep yourself well-groomed. Wear clothes that are clean and fit the size that you are now.

After exercising, drink some lemon water. I heard that it speeds up your metabollism or something like that.

Cardio Strides
A low impact way of losing weight and toning your body while you work, shop at the mall, clean the house or any other normal activities, they are called cardiostrides. Comfortable nice looking shoes that have shock cushioned insoles and three different weights that are located on the sole of the shoe. There is no pressure on the ankle or foot because the weight is evenly displaced. It makes anything a great cardiovascular work out and you just do the normal things in your daily routine...Nothing different. My buddy lost 30 pounds in 21 days...I love them...You will feel amazing as well.

Im Big And I Hate It!
I'm an overweight lady and i hate it so much my Boyfriend used to be the same but now hes sooo thin! he went anorexic and lost it so fast, i keep thinking i should. I just want to lose it fast, i want to be pretty. does anyone have any idea what i should do!?! Sad

Sad Panda - Anorexic is NOT pretty, I prefer meat over bone on my plate =). Don't try to completely wipe out your diet just to lose weight, you may have to decrease your calorie intake and such, but your body requires nutrients regardless to keep functioning. Deficit from them for too long can cause permanent damage. It never looks good when I see girls losing it too fast from "dieting", their skin looks pale and kind of sags. Limit what you eat yes, but make sure to keep whats necessary and take your time, why not work out as well?

Thedealer - So you got out of a relationship, and you are afraid to talk to girls because you are overweight. I know plenty of guys that get quite a bit of girls even though they are quite overweight. It's a lot more then looks with girls, yes that may be the first thing they look at, but if you know how to talk, they will fall for you. I cannot teach you confidence, you must learn that yourself, as I am to this day. Everybody that said something pertaining to what you wanted to know here, said what you should generally do, cardiovascular exercises are important. I however can lend you a hand in this if you so desire and be more specific. I will need to know general information before I can figure out how best to make you lose weight. Losing weight the most efficient way possible isn't as simple as swimming, running, etc. I won't ask these questions here because its long and I gotta salsa in 10 minutes =). Message me if you are willing to take your time to answer and really wish to do this. Anybody else who has the same "issue", can also message me.

Im Big Too!!!!
Sad Panda - Just that you know Im a big girl too. But Im determined to lose weight. You can try what Im doing: I stopped smoking, I stopped eating so much candy (I love candy) and I cut down my meal portions. It hasnt had results yet because I just started last week, but I want you to feel motivated too. You wanna know my motivation? Im a teacher and recently I was at a meeting with parents and I was the fattest old looking woman in the room. It was really frustrating cause Im younger than all of them!!!

Alright..so I know I am overweight. I did gain that freshman 15. FAST. I have a very low self esteem and used to be so skinny and pretty and now...not so hot. I want to lose weight. I have the university rec center to go work out in....i just have little time and not enough determination. The food on campus is very greasy so much sugar, mostly all pop and sugary things which i know isnt good for your body. Theres also a chance i might have Polycystic ovian syndrome which makes it hard for the body to lose weight, among other things too. I know you can lose weight by stopping to drink pop...but thats only going to get you so far....I think i just need alot of support...and its hard. cuz i wanna do it so bad but i just dont. help?

Write down what you eat
Make a list every day of what we eat. Yes? Also have to point out when you cheat with some chocolate, pizza and dessert. Analyze the list at the end of the week to be surprised at how well you or you tell yourself that you are not doing things right. Let us not delude ourselves.
