I notice small partial on the hair of my testicles. It does not bother me, hurt, icth and move, I don't beleive it alive. I think it from sweat and dead skin. I used rubbing alcohol, summers eve and others to wash it off but it remaine in place. Do anyone have any ideals? I cut of the hair only before.
