I randomly felt the back of my right ear today and felt an over flap of skin which was v tight when I pulled my ear forward and felt again there was a small round lump, it is painless but im very worried in case its serious :cry: help anyone?? I really want to know what it is/ at least have an idea before I go to the doctors.
