Q: Feeling Light-headed

I was hoping someone could help me with this problem. I've been feeling light-headed after meals this past week. This hasn't ever happened before, but I was told that I needed to gain weight so i've been eating more often than usual. It just seems like after every meal, I feel light headed and sometimes even vomit because I feel so bad. Can anyone tell me why this is happening? Is there something more I can do to make sure I don't get sick after eating? Throwing up kind of defeats the purpose of eating in the first place, right...? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

My first few months I couldnt eat anything without it coming back up...And finally my doctor told me that as soon as I eat...To go and lay down and relax and it would help the sickness. So I did that for a while and then the whole sickness thing was gone.

Christy!
