I'm 20 weeks also and feel very little movement which does worry me. I'm hoping my u/s will reassure me everything is okay and i'm just being paranoid. I've read though that if you drink something cold and then lie down it might make baby move.

Well you may just get a surprise when you get your u/s. I don't think you can feel the baby every single time it moves, because when the doc listens to the babys heart beat you can hear her kick, but I couldn't feel her kicking/moving. And i'd have days when I first started feeling her move, where she'd move a lot one day then another day she wouldn't move much, if at all that I could feel. But I had an u/s near end of october and the radiologist had a very hard time getting all the pictures she needed because the baby was moving so much. She didn't sit still the whole time. As much as I could see her moving I didn't feel any of the movement. Every pregnancy is different, but I think your little one is just fine. This is my first pregnancy and I am....A couple days shy of 25 weeks.
Anyways I hope the u/s eases your mind...It helped me a lot as I had the same concerns as you. Good luck with everything!

Thanks for that it does make me feel better. I have my u/s later on today so i'm hoping everything goes well and if we're lucky we can find out the sex. Hoping for a girl, but as long as baby is healthy thats all that matters.

A baby moves about 50 times an hour. So I take it you wont always feel baby kick. I started feeling my little one kick at 3 1/2 months and I have never felt baby move 5o times an hour.
