Q: Something Going On

I don't know if I have lupus yet, but the ana has been positive off and on for years. Has anyone experienced this? I was having heart racing and pounding and just not feeling well, so I go to the er. They tell me I might have hyperthyroidism. I go the endo and she gives me methimazole for hyperthyroidism. Things just get worse and worse, then I break out in a rash and hives, itching all over, my palms were the worst. I have always had a red, splotchy rash on my one arm that didn't itching and my skin just looks reddened like there is some kind of inflammation or something. Well when I had the rash start, my joints were inflammed and hurting. I might also add I have had sore throat, weight loss since june, and hair loss for a few years and pain and fatigue. Well all of a sudden, my shoulders are inflammed and won't move. My sedimentation rate is up. I think there is some sort of autoimmune process going on. They have been trying to diagnosis me for 10 years and every once a while I get a flare of inflammation and fatigue like this. I am scared to death. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Ra Positive
My ra was positive again, lupus was negative. I just feel terrible. I don't even feel like i'm here. I don't understand what in the world is going on, but something is wrong. I see a new doctor on tuesday. I don't know if she can give any insight, but I am tired and worn out.
