I am 9 1/2 weeks along and having terrible morning sickness. Does anyone have any tips? I have terrible "gagging" and "dry heaves". Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, I know exactly what your going through. When I was pregnant to controll morning sickness I used to keep some saltine crackers readily available. Try and let me know if it works. :d

Good Luck!
I am 12 weeks preg and am thankfully now over morning sickness. One thing that I found that helpped me was peaches. I know it sounds crazy but one morning I could not eat anything else so I had some peaches for breakfast and it helped! The next day I took them to work with me an kept them in the fridge and eat a few bites every time I felt sick. I did get to where I did not want to eat them at all anymore and everyone thought I was crazy but i'll do anything not to get sick. I don't know if this trick will help you but good luck. Let me know if it does help.

Extremely eHealthy
Hello! Ive made dozens of post of tips for morning sickness! Its anything sweet really, like the peaches as mentioned above. Have a spoonfull of ice cream, mints, gum, brushing your teeth or mouthwash...Anything like that. It works great. Ive even found smelling something sweet works. I have had terrible nausea and tried many things! So these all work!

Oranges & Vit B6
Hello,

i've heard of sniffing orange peel.

Another is vitamin b6 (you can buy at a pharmacy). There are instuctions on using them. You take it before each meal. I used it for nausea when I had stomach problems...Not sure if it were them but it seemed to help.

I hate to say this, but there is no "save all, end all" when it comes to morning sickness. But a lot of the above mentioned, eg. The crackers, mints etc. Will take the edge off for the most part. I am currently 18 weeks and thank goodness the worst of it has passed. Good luck!

Yeah I had nausea yesterday, like 3 times and I wanted to puke so bad! So I grabbed a mint candy cane and just had that, and thought about other things like a new apartment! To take my mind off of it, and it was gone!
