Q: Questions On Recent Inguinal Hernia Surgery

I had laparoscopic rt. Side inguinal hernia surgery last week(11/09/05). Because of some side effects( flucuating blood pressure, nausea, chills, headaches, dizziness, etc., that I continue to have, I talked to the surgeon and had blood work done on 11/15/05 for possible infection. I was told that other than some traces of blood in my urine, I am o.K. I have a 10" x 4" wide bruise in the left suture area as well as all of the groin area. Extreme pain continues.I take protonix, librax and ambien. Could any of these medications be the cause of this possible blood-clotting issue and other symptoms listed above? Also, is there any other info(websites, literature, etc.) concerning tests ,danger signs(blood sugar levels)/diet for speedier recovery that I could get to make sure this is all normal?
Thank you

I have recently (June 09) had a inguinal hernia repair op. I was recoverying fine and then last week (Sept) 3 months after, I feel a lot of stabbing pains, have a high temperture and have to go to the toilet alot more and also a lot of flatulence too. I wonder if I have an infection or the Patch has moved ?
