I have a bad case of acne and can see white spots that look to be whiteheads underneath my skin by my mouth that are just waiting to reach the surface. Is there anything I can do to stop these from getting there? Also my skin is very red under the two areas directly below my mouth and almost appears like a rash. The rash seems to get worse when I wash with soap and the skin becomes very tight in only these two areas. Does anyone have an experience like this at all?
