Hi,
i have several totally painless lumps on my right leg, of which I noticed the first one about 2 years ago. They have never been any concern at all to me and have never hampered me in any way in any activites. They are only noticeable when my leg is tense or while I am resting the majority of my weight on my legs, while crouching, for example. While reading around the net I believe that the things that best fit what I have is cysts or fat deposits. Of course, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
