Are you on a birth control pill? If so, when you go to take the seven days inactive pills or just stop taking them for seven days, instead just start a new package. Birth control pills stop ovulation. If you take another package right away it will delay your period an extra month. This is not dangerous, my doctor and pharmacist have both said.
