Hi jess, my prayers are with you. One of the children that I used to babysit was diagnosed at the age of 2 with lukemia. She went through a tough time and this may seem strange but her grandmother, a dear friend of mine, wished that god would take her instead of her granddaughter. Her granddaugher went into remission just over 3 years ago, and only months afterwards my dear friend karen was diagnosed with lymph node cancer and lung cancer. She died 3 years ago this november. I will always remember her smile and her laugh and all of the good times that we shared and I think that it was a selfless act to have wished to be taken instead of her granddaughter, who is now still a very healthy girl. Anyways, my best to your aunt. She deserves the best. Just be there for her and comfort her. May she be blessed to be able to live through the holidays with you all, and may you all make it the best for her. Take care.. Mary
