Well you can go to Babycenter and they do the week by week pregnancy and let you kow how your doin and what your bodies doin about that time. That should help.

hey I am 38 weeks pregnant and I use babycenter as my week by week guide.. And I love it I would reccomend it.

please help me
1. Iam not able to digest milk and milk products during my pregnancy.
2.just today all of a sudden I have muscle catch in my left jaw for no reason at all.. this is the first time i got such a catch.
3. sometimes I even get muscle cramps at nights.

help me please.
