:? I woke up this morning with this weird pain along the outside of my left palm, as the day went on its now a little bit in my wrist. Could this be carpal tunnel? Everything i've read as said that its on the inside of your hand so that's why i'm not sure. I used to be a hairdresser (now I just do it on the side) and i'm on the computer alot so I no them 2 things don't help out...

cervical pinched nerve (cervical radiculopathy) can also cause some pain and numbness in your neck. Arm or hand. X-ray, ct scan or mri can confirm the diagnosis.

Nerver conduction study can confirm which nerve has involved. Try to wear a wrist brace and avoid any movement which can trigger you wrist pain. Also wear it at night.

Go to a specialist and see what's going on. And then decide what medical intervension should take.

Please don't forget to try acupuncture. After practicing acupuncture for 13 years I would say that a lot of medical conditions can benefit from acupuncture treatments.

Good luck,
