Q: Bad Stomach Ache

I have been having this for a while now im 15 years old and when I wake up in the morning it starts to hurt... It kinda feels like indigestion but at the same time nausea I dont know what it is this has been happining for over 1 month then tword 10 am about it goes away and then comes back like a few hours later and it makes me feel sick so it is hard to eat at times I jstu feel full and I have no clue can some 1 help me?
